How we think about pricing
Construction software has a long history of being overpriced for the businesses that need it most. The defaults we work against:
No enterprise minimums
Plans are sized for actual SMBs. Free is solo (1 seat), Starter handles up to 10, Pro up to 20, Business up to 50. No "starts at 25 seats" floor that pretends a 6-person business is a small enterprise.
No setup fees on standard plans
Starter and Pro do not carry implementation fees. Business plans include dedicated onboarding rather than billing it as a separate consulting engagement.
Cancel anytime
Month-to-month is supported. There is no multi-year commitment dressed up as a "partnership" and no early termination fee.
Real human support, on every plan
Support is included. Starter gets email support; Pro gets priority response; Business adds phone support and a direct line to onboarding.
Frequently asked questions
Sitetraq has four plans. Free is $0/mo for a solo workspace (1 seat), no time limit. Starter is $49/mo for up to 10 seats. Pro is $99/mo for up to 20 seats and adds the AI assistant. Business is $179/mo for up to 50 seats and adds white-label, dedicated onboarding, and phone support. See the cards above for the full breakdown.
Free is $0 per month for a solo workspace (1 seat) with no time limit. It includes full CRUD on requests, quotes, jobs (with punch lists), invoices (with shareable links), clients, estimates, expenses, materials, and a project board. You can accept client payments via Stripe and PayPal, email invoices, and send task SMS. AI features, the Crew and Documents modules, the Tax Center, and team invites are reserved for paid plans.
Free includes requests, quotes, jobs, invoices, estimates, expenses, materials, project board, and Stripe + PayPal payments — solo, no time limit. Starter adds team seats (up to 10), Tax Center & exports, and email support. Pro adds the AI assistant, blueprint reading, RFIs, change orders, lien waivers, SMS for crew, and the Crew + Documents modules. Business adds domain-locked invites, white-label branding, a signed DPA, dedicated onboarding, and phone support.
Both. The Free plan is $0/mo with no time limit and a 1-seat solo workspace, indefinitely. Paid plans add a 15-day free trial, so you can try the AI, team features, and Tax Center before committing. We would rather you decide whether it actually works for the way you run jobs than commit on the basis of a demo.
Per shop, with seat limits per plan: 1 seat on Free, 10 on Starter, 20 on Pro, 50 on Business. We do not charge per job, per project, or per quote. Those are the workflows we want you to use as much as possible, not the ones we want to meter.
You move up a tier when you outgrow your seat count. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle, prorated, with no migration project and no data re-import. Same product, raised limits.
Sitetraq subscriptions are billed monthly via credit card. Separately, the Sitetraq invoicing module lets your business accept payments from clients via Stripe and PayPal, included on all plans.
Yes. Customer lists, prior jobs, line item libraries, and historical documents can all be imported. Business includes hands-on onboarding for the migration; Starter and Pro get a self-serve import flow with email or priority support if you get stuck.
Sitetraq is designed to live alongside your accounting system, not replace it. Invoice and expense data can be exported in the formats your accountant or bookkeeper already uses. Direct integrations are on the roadmap; ask us where each integration currently stands.
Your data is yours. You can export it at any time. AI features operate on your shop's data; they do not expose your customers, pricing, or job history to other shops or to third parties for training. A signed Data Processing Agreement is available on the Business plan for shops with formal procurement requirements.
