Software that runs your business, not the other way around.
Shinpo Capital builds software for the small and mid-sized businesses that the rest of the industry stopped designing for. We start with construction.
Why we exist
Most small business owners we talk to are not short on hustle. They're short on hours. The day-to-day operations, quoting, invoicing, paperwork, scheduling, chasing documents, reconciling tax records, eat into the time that should belong to actually running the business. Or to a weekend.
The software industry has spent the last twenty years building tools for enterprise customers and ad-tech teams. Small business owners got the leftovers: clunky, overpriced, generic platforms that pretend a roofing company and a marketing agency have the same workflow. They don't.
Shinpo Capital exists to fix that, by building the software that should have already existed.
What we believe
AI should give people their evenings back, not replace them.
01, On AISoftware should be built for the work, not adapted from generic SaaS templates.
02, On productPricing should make sense for the size of the business, not for an enterprise procurement department.
03, On pricingIf something breaks, the person you talk to should know the product, and speak the same language as you.
04, On supportWhat we build
Sitetraq is our first product, a construction management platform for builders, contractors, and trades. It's the version of the software that the construction industry should already have had: jobs, quotes, invoices, documents, and field work in one place, with AI handling the parts that used to eat your evenings.
Sitetraq is the first, but it isn't the only thing we'll build. The pattern repeats across small business categories, landscaping, HVAC, professional services, specialty trades, anywhere a business owner is fighting their tools instead of running their shop. We start with construction because that's where the gap is largest. We won't stop there.
Where we are
Shinpo Capital is based in Texas. The team and the support are U.S.-based. The product is built for businesses operating in the U.S. construction market, and the conventions, tax rules, document expectations, and payment cycles that come with it.
